No-Show Fee

No-show fee equals full service price. If you cannot make your appointment, please call as soon as possible to cancel or reschedule.

Cancellation Notice

Walk-ins

Walk-ins are welcome when time permits. We also accept appointments for your convenience.

Processing Time

Orders are processed within 1–3 business days after payment confirmation.

We offer standard shipping via USPS. Estimated delivery is 5–7 business days within the continental United States.

Local Pickup

Free local pickup is available at our shop at 633 W. North Avenue Lot 27, Chicago, IL 60610.

Flat rate shipping of $5.99 for all domestic orders. Free shipping on orders over $50.

Tracking

Once your order ships, you will receive an email with a tracking number.

Eligibility
